We Successfully Completed the Rubber Lining of Slurry Pipeline Pipes for İvrindi Gold Mine
As Ülker Linings, we successfully completed the industrial rubber lining application of pipes to be used in slurry transfer lines at İvrindi Gold Mine.
In mining operations, pipelines carrying slurry and fluids containing solid particles are continuously exposed to severe abrasion and demanding process conditions. Therefore, protecting the internal surfaces of pipes with the correct lining system is of great importance in extending equipment service life, reducing maintenance requirements, and ensuring process continuity.
Within the scope of the project, the internal surfaces of the pipes were prepared in accordance with the application requirements and lined with a rubber lining system selected according to the operating conditions. Surface preparation, bonding, lining, and quality control stages were carried out meticulously throughout the application process.
