At Ülker Linings, we provide industrial rubber lining applications for the internal surfaces of flotation tanks, offering high resistance to abrasion, corrosion, and chemical exposure. Depending on the process conditions, operating temperature, and chemicals used, the appropriate rubber type and lining thickness are selected to ensure a durable, long-lasting protection system. Following surface preparation, priming, bonding, and rubber lining application, the quality of the lining is verified through thickness measurement, hardness testing, visual inspection, and spark testing.
